Júlia Marsal Perendreu

Júlia Marsal Perendreu is a seasoned Robotics Engineer based in Barcelona with extensive experience in robotics and automation. She holds a Master's in Robotics and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, building upon her foundation in Industrial Technology Engineering.

Her career trajectory showcases progressive growth in the robotics field, starting from teaching robotics to children and teenagers, and evolving into complex technical roles. Currently, she serves as a Robotics Consultant at DTE, where she works as a Senior Robotics Engineer developing and maintaining robotics applications for metals manufacturing. Prior to this, she contributed her expertise at Near Space Labs as a Robotics Software Engineer, focusing on aerospace imaging applications, and at Submer, where she developed robotics solutions for future datacenters.

Júlia possesses a comprehensive technical skill set, including proficiency in ROS, Gazebo, OpenCV, YOLO, and various programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust. Her experience spans across multiple communication protocols and system integration. Her project portfolio includes significant work on collaborative robotics, drone control systems, and SLAM implementation.

She has demonstrated her ability to work effectively in both research and commercial environments, having contributed to projects at prestigious institutions like IRI (Institute of Industrial Robotics) and various technology companies. Her work consistently focuses on advancing robotics applications and integrating complex systems within Agile development frameworks.


Orhun Parmaksız

Orhun Parmaksız is a Rust enthusiast with a deep passion for open-source.

He's the creator and maintainer of several popular command-line tools, including git-cliff, binsider, and many others.

As the lead of the Ratatui project, he's committed to delivering the smoothest and most visually appealing TUI development experience in the Rust ecosystem, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the terminal.

Beyond his projects, Orhun also takes part in Arch Linux as an official package maintainer for some of the most beloved Rust tools.
